When was the last time you said no and felt good about it? Seriously. When?
Welcome to That’s a Hard No, the podcast about saying no and setting boundaries – without feeling fear, FOMO, or guilt.
On our show, we talk about everything related to boundaries, and why it can feel so damn scary to set them. We meet all kinds of interesting people from different walks of life with various takes on the subject, and we look at what’s happening in our culture and how it all comes back, sometimes, to simply saying no.
We can’t wait to introduce you to all the amazing people coming on the podcast this season! Here’s a sneak peak…
AUGUST 29– Sarah Saunders, our former host, and licensed mental health therapist joins us to discuss parenting challenges, life struggles, and the best ways to support yourself through a child’s diagnosis or different needs.
SEPTEMBER 5 – Joanna Hardis, LISW-S, joins us again (we SO enjoy these conversations) to discuss obsessive compulsive disorder or OCD. We dive into the details of what people who have OCD actually struggle with and the harm misusing the term can do for them. Often people misunderstand this diagnosis and it helps to better recognize some ways it can affect you and others.
