Meet our Hard No Family And Friends

More From Our Host

HEATHER DRAGO

Hi there. I’m Heather Drago, the Founder and Chief Strategist of Clever Girl Marketing.

You may be wondering (and I get asked this all the time), “what’s with the podcast about boundaries? Why not a podcast about marketing?”

Let’s be honest, there are a ton of podcasts about marketing out there. Do we really need one more? I don’t think so.

I started this podcast because my difficulty with setting boundaries is something that has negatively impacted my life, both at home and at work. And everyone I talk to about it seems to share this same problem – to some degree or another.

It’s something I’ve mindfully worked on every day since the beginning of 2019 and have since evangelized to almost everyone I know. After a while, I wanted to possibly help even more people, and I thought a podcast was the best way to broaden the conversation.

Season 3 is shaping up to be our best ever, and I can’t wait to introduce you to all the amazing people we’ve got lined up!

Sarah Saunders

Sarah Saunders. MA, LPCC, was Heather’s co-host on Seasons 1 and 2. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and business owner, her practice, Purposeful Growth & Wellness, helps families, couples, and individuals of all ages and from all walks of life.

Sarah’s also a busy wife and mom of 4 boys, all under the age of 6! While she’s taking a step back from Season 3 to make more time for her family and thriving business, Sarah will always be a part of our Hard No family.

If you haven’t already, go back and listen to some episodes from our first 2 seasons, where she taught us all about her “shitty committee” and “positive posse.” You’ll immediately understand why we love her so much.

Maura Del Rosario

We lovingly refer to Maura as “the glue” of our podcast. Her official title is Production and Marketing Coordinator, which translates basically to doing everything and anything needed to keep the show on track. From finding and scheduling guests to editing transcripts, to website and social media management, to making sure everyone knows what’s happening and where we all need to be, this podcast wouldn’t be possible without her.

Noah Foutz

Our producer and editor is Noah Foutz, one of the amazing creators at Evergreen Podcasts. He’s also the talented musician behind our awesome new rock anthem, “That’s a Hard No,” performed by his band The Big Leagues!

Evergreen Podcasts, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is a creative community that produces original content and branded podcasts. The network, which boasts nearly 200 show titles, captures the every-day color and diversity of modern makers. From entrepreneurs and musicians to philosophers and artists, Evergreen has something for everyone.

Jake Donnelly

Also, known as “Jake the Video Guy,” Jake Donnelly helps us produce the video versions of our podcast and helps us manage our YouTube channel.

He provides a wide array of videography and photography services, so if you’re in Northeast Ohio and need someone with his skills, check out his website and give him a call!
