    • What are your specific goals?
    • Try not to have redundant behaviors
    • Change will still happen around you
  • Have a check in plan
    • If this is not effective, adjust don’t quit
    • Spell it our for yourself
  • If you get stuck, identify why

  • Being able to pursue the passion you want to pursue, where you find more soul satisfying activities, and being able to nourish our bodies and minds in the moment in life we are in
    • Recognize the things you can’t control – illness, sleep, chaos
  • When you are able to support yourself with joy, the other uncontrollable things happening do not feel as exhausting or hard

“I call them soul satisfying activities where when you do the things you just light up, and you can tell a huge difference in either the person or people you’re with.”

  • As a mom, we have to be examples for our children
  • Try to remember what they would or could want to do
  • Take time to delve into what you enjoy – forget limitations
  • Be intentional with your time
